I’m Dan Wright, and this is my blog. I live in the Green Lake neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, along with my wife, Anna, one dog, a bird, and several cats. In April 2010, I became the Mac technical lead for the Amazon Kindle client for Mac and PC team. I have been an independent developer of software for Mac OS X and the iPhone; I have developed for Apple platforms for well over twenty years. I was a member of the MacBU team at Microsoft from its formation in 1996 until I left Microsoft in 2004.
